"When the Levees Broke" Review

The movie that we watched was called When the Levees Broke, in this movie showed what happened to New Orleans during and after Hurricane Katrina, It show what went wrong and how much culture New Orleans had and lost, plus what FEMA and the President did to fix it (Which wasn't much by-the-way)

I say that this wasn't we are supposed to act in a time of crisis... We acted better in 9/11!
